You as our customer are responsible for verifying final artwork and/or correct spelling to be embroidered on garment. Upon approval from client, Guilt Free Tee will not be held responsible for typos or overlooked errors once the embroidery process has begun. All sales are final and no refunds will be given since customer approval is necessary before a job can be scheduled for embroidery, due to each job being a custom order. Guilt Free Tee Ltd. is not responsible for Embroidering on apparel provided by the customer. We cannot guarantee results on garments we did not provide.

 

 

REGISTERED TRADEMARKS, LOGOS, & COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL:

 

In the event that Guilt Free Tee Ltd. is to imprint at the request of a customer a likeness of a person, product, logotype, or any other device provided by the customer, Customer hereby represents that said likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights thereto.

 

On request of Guilt Free Tee Ltd, Buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold Guilt Free Tee Ltd. free and harmless from all liability and indemnify Guilt Free Tee for any loss, damage, or injury, which Guilt Free Tee Ltd may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the buyer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by Guilt Free Tee Ltd as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the customer.
